Pod: Online mental health outcomes and feedback system
Measure mental health outcomes and feedback data to support your service users and help improve care in your setting.
Enhance your use of mental health outcome data
Pod is an online tool that helps your setting enhance mental health support using outcome and feedback measurement data.
Service users fill out clinical and feedback questionnaires and track their progress over time.
Results are instantly sent to their practitioner so they can be discussed straight away, or in their next session.
Pod saves time and prevents mistakes in manual data entry, automatically collating each service user’s feedback data and producing instant visualisations.
Pricing is based on the size of your organisation and starts at £350 for a single practitioner.
How it works
Pod is entirely web-based, with no need to download software. Our experienced team will assist with set-up to help you get the most out of the system.
When they log in, service users are allocated a unique ID to keep track of their results on an individual record and measure progress over time. They can answer questionnaires online on their own devices both in and out of clinical sessions.
You can link other people in a service user’s life to their account, such as siblings, parents or carers, so they can complete questionnaires as part of their support.
Practitioners receive user data in a range of accessible presentations so they can discuss results with service users straight away.
Settings can also aggregate service users’ data, allowing you to identify strengths and challenges and evaluate what works for who, why and in what context.
Who can use mental health outcome data?
Pod can be used in a variety of contexts, with current users including NHS trusts, local authorities, charities, research projects and workforce development programmes.
