Jenny Ricketts, Head of Fundraising, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen as Affordable Art Fair Hampstead’s Charity Partner for 2019. The last few years have brought a welcome growth in community and corporate support for our work and the fair brings with it a fantastic opportunity to strengthen this local support. We can’t wait to showcase the work we do with and for children and young people at the Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead – just a stone’s throw from our historical base.”
Leigh Richards, UK Fair Development Manager at Affordable Art Fair, said: "The Affordable Art Fair is delighted to welcome Anna Freud as the charity beneficiary of our 2019 Hampstead fair. We're excited by the growth and development of the National Centre's fundraising projects, and we're so pleased to be able to help extend the reach of this brilliant work in supporting children, young people and families affected by mental health issues. Fair visitors are sure to be keen to learn more - the fair has a great atmosphere and it's a perfect place for the Anna Freud team to bring art and creative therapy practice to life. We're simply thrilled to be supporting long term fundraising and partnership goals!"
AFNCCF’s stand at the fair will showcase some of our work to drive a step-change in child mental health. Join us at the Charity Private View on Wednesday 8th May 2019 (17.30-21.30) to find out more about our work.
All proceeds from ticket sales for the Charity Private View made via AFNCCF will go to the AFNCCF’s work with children, young people and families to support better mental health. Affordable Art Fair will donate £10 from each ticket sold through their online shop.
