Inside children's minds
Dr Sheila Redfern, Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, was interviewed by ITV’s This Morning about Pixar’s new film Inside Out.
Sheila, who has written a book on reflective parenting that is due to be released in October, said: “I think what this movie does brilliantly is that it touches upon relationships between parents and children, not from the outside but thinking what kind of emotions are going on inside them. It's really important in terms of relationships and emotionally, behaviourally and cognitively.”
