Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) Conference

Join us to celebrate the work done with the Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) model in primary and secondary care at our first DIT conference.

About this event

Through expert talks and panel discussions we’ll explore the latest research and share knowledge of the model in practice. Including:

  • The range of ways the DIT model has been applied and developed since its inception;

  • The research evidence for DIT;

  • Its applications across different clinical disorders, functional somatic disorders, long-term health conditions and age groups;

  • Its applications for different patient settings, including primary and secondary care, group DIT and online and blended DIT.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and between sessions you’ll have the opportunity to build connections with colleagues across the DIT community.  After the conference, you’re invited to join us for a drinks reception to celebrate the launch of the second edition of the ‘Brief Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy’ textbook. Written by Anna Freud clinicians, this textbook will support you to apply the latest theory to your work with clients.

Who is this event for?

  • DIT clinicians, supervisors and trainers;

  • Clinicians interested in brief psychodynamic ways of working and primary care in the NHS.
